“Eventide – October. The Village Inn”

Currier & Ives,  1867, Painted by B. Hess, lower left corner.  This print hangs in the Wayside Inn & several museums. Its current market value is roughly $5500. Another C&I print called “The Wayside Inn” is NOT of the Sudbury Wayside Inn. Prints of this other one are routinely sold on ebay for $5. Hanging near the print at the inn is an oil painting that appears to be the original art work.
